A section of the programme also contains what is believed to be the only remaining Cantonese recording of Bruce Lee’s voice in existence today. This section, which reveals details for an unrealized movie project, has now been translated into English for the first time. The Legend Featuring extensive footage from Bruce Lee’s childhood movies as well as famous scenes from iconic 60s TV series Longstreet, James Garner’s Marlowe and extended out-takes from Bruce Lee’s Game of Death, The Legend is an in-depth look at Bruce Lee’s life and career which is underpinned with interviews with Golden Harvest C.E.O. Raymond Chow and Bruce Lee’s leading lady Nora Miao. A specially created section also combines Bruce Lee’s hand-drawn combat illustrations with demonstrations of students showing the practical applications of his fighting art, ‘Jeet Kune Do’.
