Todd Haines directs this drama starring Natalie Portman and Julianne Moore. Elizabeth (Portman) will soon be starring in a film portraying Gracie (Moore), a controversial woman who was the subject of public scrutiny due to her relationship with a minor. Gracie agrees to Elizabeth coming to spend the week with her so that Elizabeth can study her daily life and prepare for her role, whilst coming to terms with Gracie´s past.
