Journalist Philippe Guérande (Édouard Mathé) attempts to identify the members of an underworld anarchist group calling themselves ´Les Vampires´ and put a stop to their activities. As he gets closer to unmasking the ringleaders of the gang, tracking their activities across a panic-ridden Paris, he starts to build up a profile of their tactics and cunning.
