Italian thriller co-written and directed by Umberto Lenzi. In Barcelona, a group of American tourists arrive to discover a hooded killer in a red cape is on the loose, murdering female tourists and gouging out their eyeballs. When Paulette (Martine Brochard)´s boss and lover Mark (John Richardson) leaves his wife to join her in the city, suspicion quickly falls on him as a possible suspect.
