Christopher Lee reprises his role as the eponymous criminal mastermind in this 1960s crime drama. When the daughters of several prominent scientists go missing, Scotland Yard´s intrepid detective Nayland Smith (Douglas Wilmer) tracks them down to a remote island headquarters, where he learns the shocking truth - that Fu Manchu is using the young women to force their fathers into developing a death ray for him, with which he can take over the world
