Superhero action comedy which follows the exploits of four anthropomorphic turtles who fight evil together in New York City. Leonardo (voice of Brian Tochi), Donatello (Corey Feldman), Michelangelo (Robbie Rist) and Raphael (Josh Pais) must rescue Splinter (Kevin Clash), their adoptive father and the rat ninja master who trained them. He has been kidnapped by the Shredder (James Saito), the ruthless leader of the Foot Clan, a group of ninjas who are responsible for a wave of thefts across the city.

However, the Shredder proves to be a formidable foe who shares a complicated past with Splinter and the Turtles will need help from reporter April O´Neil (Judith Hoag) and vigilante Casey Jones (Elias Koteas) to save him
