All six episodes from the seventh series of the New Zealand crime drama. The story follows Detective Inspector Mike Shepherd (Neill Rea) after he leaves Auckland to investigate a murder in the fictional, rural town of Brokenwood. There, he is assisted by Detective Constable Kristin Sims (Fern Sutherland), who he regularly clashes with over his unconventional crime-solving techniques.

In this series, the detectives investigate a murder at the Brokenwood farmers´ market and Kristin must lead the team on her own when Mike leaves town under mysterious circumstances. The episodes are: ´The Garotte and the Vinkelbraun´, ´The Witches of Brokenwood´, ´Dog Day Morning´, ´Something Nasty in the Market´, ´Exposed to the Light´ and ´Here´s to You, Mrs. Robinson´
