All five episodes of the British drama which follows five unemployed men in Liverpool in the early 1980s. The pressures they face increase as they struggle to find work and provide for their families whilst battling with benefits fraud officers. Chrissie (Michael Angelis) is driven to extreme measures to feed his family while Yosser (Bernard Hill) fights to retain custody of his children and finds his mental health rapidly declining as a result.
