John Simm, Andrew Lincoln and Marc Warren star in this British drama written and directed by Paul Hills. Phil (Simm)´s father moved from London to Stevenage in the 1980s hoping it would lead to more opportunities for his family but nothing changed. When Phil and his friends finish school in the early ´90s, they discover a world of unemployment, violence, alcohol and drug abuse awaits them.
Ted (Lincoln) vanishes while Matt (Nathan Valente) marries too young. Phil becomes involved with Robert (Warren)´s criminal activities but when circumstances force his hand, will he settle for this life or fight for something more?
