Jeanine Nerissa Sothcott and Michael Paré star in this low-budget British horror written and directed by Phil Claydon. Dr. Ellen Marks (Sothcott) works at a high security psychiatric hospital which is home to Carl Cane (Ronan Summers), who killed five people while dressed as a clown when he was ten years old.
As a wave of sinister clown sightings spreads across the country, Ellen joins forces with investigative journalist John Parker (Paré) to uncover the truth about what is happening and why. When they realise that Cane is responsible and that this is only the beginning of his terrible plan, can they stop him before it´s too late?
