All four episodes of the British sci-fi drama starring John Mills as the eccentric Professor Quatermass. After a joint space mission between the US and Russia goes horribly wrong and the two spacecraft are destroyed by an unknown force, the world falls into chaos. With the country´s young people joining the ´Planet People´ group, believing they will be transported to another world by benevolent aliens, Quatermass travels to London in search of his granddaughter Hettie (Rebecca Saire).
