This collection is the second in a series that features Michael J. Fox’s favorite episodes of SPIN CITY, the popular sitcom he starred in from 1996 until 2000. In it, he plays Deputy Mayor Mike Flaherty, whose chief job is making sure his boss, the slightly daft Mayor Randall Winston, doesn’t look like a fool in public.
