When he begins experimenting with electric instruments, the Newport Folk Festival fear that he may debut his controversial new sound while headlining their 1965 event. When he does just that, many in the crowd are outraged, but he is finally free to be himself. The cast also includes Elle Fanning, Monica Barbaro and Edward Norton
