Sammo Hung co-directs and stars in this action comedy also starring Jackie Chan. After a fish farm claims a chemical plant is polluting their water supply, the plant hires lawyer Jackie Lung (Chan) to defend them and discredit their accuser. However, after falling for the fishery´s owner, Miss Yip (Deannie Yip), Jackie begins his own investigation into the factory´s activities.

Enlisting the aid of a professional thief (Yuen Biao) and an arms dealer (Hung), the lawyer discovers the plant is a front for a drug smuggling ring, which the plucky trio sets out to destroy
